Description: Description of complaint: there is a roof leak that has been present since approximately the middle of last year. it has gotten progressively worse, and little to no action has been taken to correct it. there is water leaking into the walls and behind electrical outlets, into lighting fixtures, and even causing parts of the ceiling to collapse. rather than blocking off areas where more water spots have begun to form while the issue is worked on (presumably) property management has opted to instead leave trash cans underneath the gaping holes to collect the water. on a positive note, they have finally realized that turning off the ac at night and on the weekends was contributing to the growth of mold, so at least now the ac is on and we can't smell whatever is growing in the walls. supporting file or photo: attachments.zip submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
