Description: Description of complaint: we the neighbors have called a number of times, but nothing seems to happen. there are 2 vehicles that don't run in the front yard--one has sat there in the same spot for over a year. there is debris all around the front yard, and all over the back yard. they did some repairs on the inside and the nasty wood and sheetrock was dumped in several corners of the back yard. the oder is gone, but there now is mice or rats living under the pile by my fence. i chase them back under the fence and have sprayed but can't get rid of them. one of their sons has been trimming trees with a machette and is dumping the branches on the side of the road in front of their house. the place looks like a dump, and we around this house are stuck looking at the mess, and listening to the constant noise from the house. the neighbor to the rear is afraid to call again because of the junk thrown over his fence last time he called. everyone in the house is on welfare, and noone seems to do anything around the house or yard. any help you can give us will be greatly appreciated--especially with thr mice/rat problem. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
