Description: Description of complaint: this is an empty lot owned by a gentleman named glenn beth of longwood, fl. he shows up to mow it maybe every four months after his neighbors mowed it for years, prior to a few of years ago he began when we gave up. yesterday a huge rat walked right out from under his fence ( a white vinyl fence) into my yard and went under my car in my driveway. my neighbor at 10739 bob ivey is elderly and has to slowly walk per doctors orders. he waled by today and two large snakes came out from under the fence and went right into the street which is rare. this is a cul de sac waterfront so they might have been moccasins since none of us are afraid of black southern racer snakes. the rats on that lot if been seen by me walking towards the house on the other side of this lot, the zeiglers. it has become a health hazard at this point, and the bugs that accumulate there as he has various wheelbarrows etc. small items to accumulate water are horrendous. i would like to see someone ask him to get over there and maintain it or perhaps the county can cut it. i have had to trim his oaks that have broken off on top of my car several times but the tree men are reluctant now to go into that lot and they can no longer reach to cut from my yard.these photos are from my fence as you can see i cut the front over the water meter or it would be under 3 feet of weeds. thanks very much, mary frances perez ps i don't care if you contact me i don't want this man contacting me, he is so argumentative with the other neighbors i don't want him to start that with me too.but i don't mind if he is aware of this complaint. supporting file or photo: new folder.zip submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
