Description: I have complained re this property prior to this. the property is in foreclosure by sun trust bank. a minimum is being done to maintain it, which consists of periodic mowing, and once some pool screens were replaced. since then the pool is now open to any kid that wanders by, miscellaneous cleaning equipment has been thrown into the putrid water, and screens are pushed in all over. the water constitutes a health hazard to me, and i am sick of this. the yard is piled with debris in the backyard,consisting of brush and dead plants. after 3 years of this i believe it is time the county acts to protect me and others in my neighborhood from this hazardous place. i am prevented from selling my home due to this eyesore, health hazard, and something must be done!
