Description: I guy named roger purchased these two lots and it seems like he is doing what he darn well pleases. he fixed up an existing mobile home and another block structure in the back. he lives there and rented out the mh. they are both on the same septic system, don't see how the county could have approved this. furthermore his renters did not pay him and he turned off their electric and water. then yesterday he cut down what had to be more than 100 year old oak tree out front. this brought many neighbors to tears. the tree was in good health and beautiful and obviously good for our environment. the lot next door, 9116 it appears he has a permit to put a duplex or mh on which i understand there is a mh overlay but a duplex? and how can he place something so close to the water...the structure but also the septic tank was placed in the middle of the lot. i thought it had to be 75 feet from a body of water. please check this out, a lot of us have invested a lot of time and money to improve this neighborhood as we have seen 8 old run down mh removed from this neighborhood over the last 12 years and it is very disturbing to have these new activities take the neighborhood back several steps. i look forward to your response. lastly the house on the corner of bay path and brunswick is a modified mh with 4 families living it there as renters. the septic in it's self cannot handle this and ends up creating a rea
