Description: In the back of the complex (university pointe), all the way in the back, in the courtyard behind the last building is a broken water pipe. you can't miss it because it's the only place in the yard where any grass is growning. there's standing water and we had called the health dept to have our water tested to make sure that it wasn't a broken main. we were afraid that bacteria from the yard was getting into our drinking water. the results came back acceptable so i don't believe it's a water main, however i could be wrong. we let the front office know about this however nothing was done. it's right behind the units 13707 and 13709 miguel ct. thank you for the follow up.
