Description: Roperty is building a shed on property from scrap wood. owner is cutting down large palm trees on property. two problems: 1) the shed will become a fragment of flying objects in the event of a severe storm with high winds. the shed appears to be unattached to the ground as no cement is provided for the foundation. 2) there remains one large palm tree standing (approximately 30 ft) where the property owner attempted to down the tree. currently the tree has two cuts in it, front and back. this tree is tied down to another tree with a power cord to, i am assuming, prevent the tree from falling into someones property. since the property owner continues to work on this shed, i must assume that the hillsborough county code enforcement did not come out to see this piece of art with respect to my previous email sent in mid january.
