Description: Description of complaint: the produce stand recently reopened for the year & the business has since put up several permanent signs, which are quite an eyesore. we live in a park near by and the signs are not only distracting to drivers but very hideous looking and poorly constructed. their ribbons/whatever they are are constantly flying off and into our yard in the park, & i'm almost positive that there were no permits established to even put up such permanent structures as they were put up very quickly, as well as they have steadily been adding more signs almost weekly. in addition to the permanent signs, they are now sticking boards that they write on against the guard rail right at the edge of the road, which again is another hazard to the drivers. they are not fastened to the guard rail, just leaning against them and constantly blowing down laying in the roadways.
