Description: Message: i reside in a new construction home within winthrop village development. the builder is taylor morrison. i notified the customer service people and the construction manager on several occassions with photographs displaying the uneven road with massive water puddles. this is a huge issue for myself and 5 other neighbors. taylor morrison has ignored the requests to validate the pitch and grade of the road. the puddles do not dry up as normal puddles do within an hour or two. it takes them on most occassions 12 to 24 hours. my neighbors and i park our vehicles in designated parking spots on the street and the puddle extends into the parking area. the children on my street are unable to ride their bikes, scooters, etc as the water is a breading ground for mosquitos and will end up soaked. stiles weston 813-506-0912 email address: [email protected]
