Description: Neighbor at 12508 dawn vista dr riverview, installed a fence and gate adjoining my property 12506 dawn vista, finishing october 12th 2008. my husband and i advised the owner on 10/13/08 that it was installed improperly, as the posts were placed on our side of the property line. an argument ensued-she said it was only 6 inches, and they'd get around to changing it. they have not. probably did not ask permission for fence. looks tacky the way installed, but violation is that it is partly on my property. other violations, are that they left a mound of dirt piled on the side of the house from the fence installation--this is a breeding ground for rodents, who like to burrow in spaces like this -- and is next to my home. when discussing this, the fence, the garbage that is usually left out for long time on the side of the house and the normal overgrown grass, the owner said that it is not our business, to let the hoa send her a letter. the fence needs to be corrected, and the dirt mound and garbage need to be removed. feel free to contact me. i do have pictures i can email if necessary. thank you.
