Description: Description of complaint: hello. i am looking to buy a house in the van dyke farms neighborhood...and as i drove thru, i noticed at this address 17301 hialeah that there is a pontoon boat parked half way into the street and part on the driveway...and there is a motor home parked in the driveway. the awnings are out on the motor home and the jacks are down. is this type of living allowed in hillsborough county? are residents allowed to live in motor homes, parked in a driveway, hooked up to electricity? it sure doesn't seem right or legal to me. also the boat is out into the street, which seems to be a parking, driving and security hazard to me. i am interested in living in this area...but not if it is like a mobile home park. can you check this out? thanks submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
