Description: Hello, my name is robin van geest. i live at 2877 norco dr. norco, ca. last week on may 1, 2013, i spoke with mr. ken swank regarding the western trails stable that is located on california ave. i would like to speak with someone regarding this business. there are many major violations happening here and yet neither the city or animal control are doing anything about it or seem concerned. yesterday evening at 5 pm i observed the entire property that has approximately 30 head of horses without any food on the property. horses were unattended and all were eating dirt. manure was everywhere and no sign of any manure bin was visible. as a concerned citizen of this city for over 25 years i want something done about this. a call placed to code enforcement yesterday has not been returned. animal control was not open yesterday so i was unable to contact them if this matter is not taken care of in a timely matter i will be addressing the humane society, peta, the press, and anyone else concerned. how can we call ourselves horsetown usa and let this matter continue? please contact me asap regarding this matter. regards, robin van geest 951 737 0324 home 951 264 8000 cell
