Description: I am not sure how i should inquire on the issue i have. ok long story short, my neighbor put up a fence (they are on the corner lot). this fence is now a part of my front yard. unfortunately, i will have to live with this i guess. however, they have a very large tree on their property which is located on the piece of ground next to the road on the other side of the side walk. per our neighbor, this is the responsibility of the county and therefore, he will not trim the tree or the bushes around the tree. since the fence has been put up, it is very difficult to see if traffic is coming around the corner and our neighbor will not cut the tree back or the bushes, as he advised it is the "county's problem and they are responsible for it not me".
