'slab-on-grade' concrete pad. the equipment would be serviced by pg&e via existing utilities on site. no new above ground power poles would be required. the proposed facility would not require grading other than trenching. the facility would require less than 5-cu. yds of earth disturbance for the purpose of grubbing for the equipment pad and minor trenching. access to the facility would be provided by the existing driveways on the site. no staging of equipment temporarily during construction would occur in the county right-of-way. the equipment would be lit intermittently by one 300-watt light for maintenance purposes. the entire facility (minus the trenching) would be contained in the 150-square foot lease area. in the event of a power failure, on-site batteries would provide power for the facility. the equipment would be cooled by fans inside the equipment cabinet that would operate intermittently.
