Description: Str12-02038 two building permits were open at this site for sprint upgrade. str12-02038 was obtained in may 2012 for the first phase of sprint upgrade and installation. in spring of 2013, a handful of sprint sites in indiana and illinois was slated for additional equipment for this sprint project and this site was included. in june 2013, a new permit was obtained for the previously unknown phase two work at this site. meanwhile, in late june 2013, the first phase work was complete here but the c-card for the phase two work was erroneously sent to close the permit for the phase one work. to reconcile this, the c. card for str12-02038 has been submitted and notification provided to the inspector, mr. john mack, to allow work to continue under the june 2013 permit. this is a legitimate mistake that begs this respectful and humble request to defer the administrative fees assessed for the expiration of str12-02038.
