Description: Registration service-phone calls, fax, internet 04/16/08: researched zoning and not in single family residence, zoning is ic. called applicant back to inform them hop cannot be issued due to zoning. refund will be issued. sg 04/17/08: spoke with owner of property and she had been informed about the zoning in her neighborhood and she explained the type of business she wanted to have, signs adnvertising, office trailer in the back, trucks on her property and submitted the hop for approval. she was informed that she needed to call planning dept. for other options for the type of business she wants on her property and was given planning's phone number. janet aguirre called back about a 1/2 hr. later and was not satisfied with what i told her and she said she will wait until dj returns her call. did research and gave code enforcement case file, new hop application and old hop application to dl for inspection. sg 04/21/08: per dl, sent surrounding neighbors project notice. also, need notarized letter from owner of property stating that son can operate hop business from her property. file given to dl for inspection. sg 04/24/08: recvd. notarized letter from property owner. sg 05/06/08: recvd. project notice from concerned neighbor, mr. valdez, letter in file. sg 05/30/08: property has been cleared off all previous violations. now ok to issue hop. dl 06/11/08: per dj, okay to issue permit. 06/17/08: sent applicant permit, approval letter and conditions. sg 04/30/10: sent applicant renewal invoice. sg 06/25/10: received payment in the amount of $124, ck no. 2098 from applicant, file to ps for inspection. sent ck with receipt to patty r. sg 7-9-10: fi, field inspection, no violations or changes observed. 7-23-10: renewal approved. 7-27-10: sent applicant permit. 06/14/2012: sent applicant renewal invoice. sg 06/18/12: received renewal payment, ck and receipt to t. amador in sb office, copy of receipt to applicant. sg 07/05/12: called applicant to schedule appt for inspection, left message. sg 07/05/12: applicant called back and renewal inspection set for 7/11 at 9:00 am. sg 07/11/12: renewal inspection completed, operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, monday thru friday, saturdays from 9 to 2 pm, business a little slow according to owner, office in garage, pictures taken and in office links. recommend approval. sg 07/13/12: per i. nunez, renewal of permit approved. sg 07/20/12: permit, approval letter and conditions sent to applicant. sg 05/24/13: permit expires in 2014. sg
