Description: The original permit (03-02650) for an 2352sf addn & new 977 sf porch was pulled on 09-03-04. the last inspection on that permit was performed on 10-4-07 and the permit expired on 4-4-08. that permit record contains a letter from the owner stating that no stairwell would be built to the upstairs attic area which would be used for storage, but it would be accessed through drop-down stairs. one of the assessor photos attached (01-05-2010) clearly shows that a stairway was built. a new permit (08-00508) was issued on 3-21-08 to complete the work started under 03-02650. very little work was done under this permit between 2008 and when it finally expired on 9-23-13. during that time, the owner paid 4 renewal fees to keep the permit alive. according to mark, work has continued on the house since then up until january of this year. the assessor is considering the project complete. work was done under an expired permit. please follow up - especially to see if the project adheres to the original scope of work.
