Description: 7/15/14, i checked a foreclosed house at 81 denna place. i found the house to be secure and the yard recently mowed, but the pool was uncovered and full of untreated water. a check of the fulton county tax assessors web site revealed that the owner was deutsche bank, with a mailing address in pasadena, california. an e-mail was sent via the bank's web site describing the problem, and giving the bank seven days to bring the property into compliance. 7/23/14, after having no contact from the bank, i re-inspected the property and found no change. i sent a notice of violation to the pasadena address, giving the bank 16 days to bring the property into compliance. 8/11/14, after having no contact from the bank, i re-inspected the property and found no change. after calling deutsche bank's main switchboard in new york, i was given an address in santa ana california for the bank's property inquiry department. a summons to appear was sent that day to the santa ana office. 8/13/14, received a telephone call from melinda pilcher at deutsche bank, who promised to contact the bank's local maintenance vendor to cover the pool.
