Description: 30 mar 09 - received email from paul king about a commercial vehicle parking in the cul-de-sac in front of 34 birch rill dr. overnight. 1 april 09 - did not see the vehicle at the address. 2 april 09 - vehicle was parked in the cul-de-sac. i left a yellow hang tag for the owner to move the vehicle or to call me. 6 april 09 - the owner called me and i explained that the vehicle could not be parked in the neighborhood. he moved the vehicle. 28 april 09 - received 2nd complaint about the commercial vehicle parking at this address. i had told the owner not top park in the cul-de-sac. he then started parking in his yard. i left a yellow tag requesting he call me. 29 july 09 - vehicle was parked at the property again. it was only temporarly - not regular. 28 aug 09 - vehicle and trailer (less than 1 1/2 ton not used for commercial purposes) is parked half off the pavement. 1 sep 09 - vehicle parked off half off the pavement. spoke to homeowner and he will stop parking off the pavement. 15 sep 09 - observed vehicle parked in the front yard off the pavement. 21 sep 09 - observed vehicle parked in the fron yard half off the pavement. 23 sep 09 - issued notice of violation for parking off the pavement. 5 oct 09 - no futher violations observed as of this date.
