Description: Description of complaint: over the past several years, the owner of this property has continued to neglect the maintenance and repair of their property which has resulted in its current state of disrepair. in addition, it continues to be an eye sore for the community. below is a list of known issues: - currently the property doesn't have any form of numbering, on the mailbox or structure, to identify it. - a piece of sheet metal from the car port roof is hanging down in one section which poses a threat to the children that frequently play within the general area. - the screening on the porch is dorn/hanging and makes it appear as though the property has been abandoned; yet, the owner has yet to fix or address the issue. - pest/rodent infestation of the property. roaches can be found throughout the interior of the property. - faulty electrical wiring. some of the electrical sockets within the property no longer work due to faulty wiring or water damage. - faulty plumbing. the plumbing to the kitchen sink is inadequate in its current state. plumbing contains several leaks or missing sections and buckets have been used to collect drainage in lieu of adequate plumbing for quite some time. i have only seen the plumbing in the kitchen area and cannot account for the integrity of the rest of the property's plumbing. - bathroom. the bathroom in its current state is inadeqate for maintaining hygiene. currently, there is a hole in the wall next to the bath tub which has been there for several months. there are also several other holes in the wall through out the rest of the property which have be left as is for some time. please address these issues, as the owner of the property has refrused to maintain her property which affects the image(s)/value(s) of the properties around it. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
