Description: I moved into the following apt. back in oct. 2006, since we had moved in there have been 5 water pipe breaks, 2 major that happened 1 the day before memorial day and 1 on memorial day, which flooded the whole 1st floor of the town home. this cause alot of mold to grow throughout the 1st floor. on 6/28/2007 i realized that there was a leak coming from the kitchen light fixture, as on of the leaks happened 4 months ago and the hole remained with out repair, 2 happening about 1 month ago, and the hole not being repaired or the carpet replaced, the mold not being taken care of. we had decided to move to a safer enviroment for our children. i am not the only renter of st. james townhomes to have these same problems. i went back to the apartment today to finish trying to save some of my items to find that still nothing had been done and the light fixture in the kitchen fell from water damage and the ceiling in the kitchen in also collapsing, there is also signs of termites in the bathroom ceiling where they tore the ceiling down 1 motnh ago. . i know this apartment is beyond resonable living conditions, and i am afraid they might just go in and paint over the mold and rent this apartment to someone else. please check this apartment out before someone gets injured. i am persuing to sue the complex.
