Description: Sr24912 8/27/2015it looks as if there is waste water lines ( pipes ) running from the house out into the yard. it looks as if the dish washer and kitchen sink drain comes down the turns out and you can follow it ( as it is just below ground level ) about 40- 60 feet into the tree line and see where it comes out. that day i could see what looked like table scraps. then it looks as if the washing machine drains into a utility sink and then does the same thing as the other off the back side of the house. the other thing i noticed is there where no gfi plugs in any of the bathrooms or in the kitchen area. there where several outlets upstairs without covers and some with no plugs in them just the wires. there are plugs running up out of the floor with electrical tape around them. also i think there should be some testing of the paint in several areas it is chipping and coming off and based on the age of this house it is most likely lead based. i am concerned because this house is not only up for sale it is also being rented at this time. and none of these thing are or have been disclosed in the listing and i have to wonder if the people renting know it looks as if they have children.contactregarding contact --first name --last name --
