Description: Sr23398 8/19/2015 2:03 pmupstairs toilet flooded several times causing damage to downstairs master bedroom ceiling. after many weeks and my instance, ceiling was opened up to find, as i expected, major water damage, rotting wood and mold. management company assured me it was properly repaired. toilet leaked quite a few more times, plumber had to be called. he recommended everytime that the toilet be replaced, but it was only temporarily repaired. this time, (july), the water damage was worse than ever, plumber came back once agin, this time recommended we not go in that bathroom at all as the structure was very week, completely soaked, to the point i thought the toilet would fall through. the toilet was no longer even attached to floor. finally, handy man came last week to assess damage, removed tile and toilet to find major holes, wood rot and mold. he left the room with the fan going "to air out" and told us not to go in there. the smell was horrible and still is. now, they want to come back and retile over the mess that is underneath. wood is still rotten, and major old issues. i have pictures and petri fish tests. i would like to get someone over here to inspect and give opinion as to the water and mold remediation that should be done properly to ensure future safety for my children and myself. please contact me as soon as possible. i have tried to call every day for the past week. have been put on hold, requested call back or disconnected each time. your help in this most urgent matter would be greatly appreciated!! thank you jill campbell image.jpgregarding contact jill campbellfirst name jilllast name campbellphone number 4076559003mobile number --email address [email protected]
