Description: Sr37850 12/9/201510:41 ami am a renter at countryside mobile home park, my name is omayra figueroa. i'm livinh in trailer number 2, we've been living here since the weekend before thanksgiving. with promisess of repairs needing to be fixed, water leak in the bathroom tub, sink, and new flooring to be installed. new subflooring was placed, but water is damaging new subfloor, be,ause no one has come to do any work. i call everyday with these complaints, they reasure that someine will be out to fix them and to no evail, no one comes to fix anything. the kitchen sink leaks, no one has come, the light switch in my bedroom isn't connected properly, have to hand screw balb in to turn on and off the light, no one has fixed it. the livingroom, the plug from under the a/c and to the wall going to the front door there is no electricity to the outlets, having to ru. drop cords through the house in order to get electric to that part of the trailer. no one has come to fix. air in the hotwater heater lines causing the water to sputter and spit everywhere. no heaters are in place, small children in the home, have space heater but children knock it over no matter where we put it, not safe.broken bathroom window, cracked window in livingroom, and again no one here to fix anything. peoplr have come to check things out but no one has fixed anything and my complaints are falling on deaf ears. because they aren't the ones that are living here so they don't have to worry about things to get fixed. and i'm early by a week with my rent, yet nothings being done. i'm done waiting on empty promises, need these things to be fixed and sooner than later. done complaining, need to see action happening. since the beginig of november i have been asking for improvements to be done and taken care of, now since the bathroom subfloor was put in the weekend before thanksgiving, we moved in. i'm tired of people putting bandaids on problems just to get by or out of having to fix them the right way to begin with. contactregarding contact omayra figueroafirst name omayralast name figueroaphone number 8133122595mobile number --email address ofig488@gmail.com
