Description: Questions concerning expansion to wal-mart photo lab facility 1-6-99 called for james emerson and was advised he would be out of town until 1/11/99 asked to speak with someone familar with this project. spoke with mr williams and advised him that the existing site plan showed the expansion no further site plan would be needed however the sediment and erosion control plan would have to be renewed thru soil conservation district. once that was completed someone needed to apply make application for the building permit. rmd 1/13/99 mr emerson called inquiring about his permit. dee 1/13/99 i returned mr emersons call and informed him of the conversation with mr. williams. he advised me he would talk to mr williams. i also explained to mr emerson the same things that i had explained to mr williams and advised mr emerson that our office would do a preliminary review of the building plans to make sure there were no major items needed and hopefully once the permit application has been made this will help expedite its approval. rmd 1/13/98 spoke with mr emeerson,the engineer with carter burgess.i advised that i need a code analasis for the proposed addition and verification of the required plumbing fixtures forthe increased occupant load.plans can be seaked byan engineer based on the use of this addition i the interpretation of the md licensing law. mechanical and electrical plans need to be review but the building plans seem sufficient.rmd explained that the sediment and erosion plan need to be review for the grading permit and i explained fees and filing proceedures for permit application.wkv
