Description: Description of complaint: hi , chad mullett here, the home owner did not get approval for the work that was done at 8860. home owner was told to place french drains so it would not flood back propertys.her contractor blocked drainage swells not letting water to flow. also , with all the pavers around the house water just runs off and hits the other propertys.we now have water backing up and not draining properly.one more thing , also placed a 3' wall around the oak tree and filled it with dirt. i beileve that it will damage the tree. please , look into this . thank you , chad d mullett.
