Description: Description of complaint: the empty apartment below me is being used for storage and the president of the home owners association stores gas and the gas is permeating into my home. i have contacted my landlady and she has notified wise management who states they notified him to remove the gas cans but can't make him do it. this man harasses me i have already had to call the police on him. submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. stephanie taylor 850-384-2998 2nd complaint today 03/13/2014. description of complaint: hello, i am the homeowner of 5506 pokeweed ct. #c tampa, fl 33617. the building is attached with many other units. the homeowners association has seized the unit below ours and is using it as a storage unit (5506 #a). one of the many items they are storing are gasoline tanks. this unit is not climate controlled because the electricity is not turned on in that unit. the fumes from the gas cans are seeping into our unit above. my tenant is being forced to smell the fumes while in her home and even more pungently when she goes outside to walk the dogs. i have contacted wise property mangement on several occasions (first request on 12/2/13) and filed complaints to try and get the gas moved out of the unit. the president of the homeowners association has refused and the property managment said there is nothing they can do about it. at this point the president (ronny) has not only refused but is blatenly leaving the gas tanks exposed because he is upset that we have filed complaints against him. these fumes propose a constant health hazard for my tenants and has become a great concern of mine. not to mention storing gasoline in a non-climate controlled atmosphere with no ventilation. all fumes go up, to our unit. we have no other avenue at this point. i am requesting as the homeowner that an inspector please visit the complex and smell the fumes for themselves. my tenant's name is stephanie taylor. we are requesting that it be mandated that the homeowners association not ever be allowed to store gasoline in the unit below ever again. my contact info is 813-380-0466 [email protected] maria pianese - king

Description: Https://www.facebook.com/pages/the-dancing-goat/288202975475 the dancing goat urban farm the link above links you to the facebook page for the dancing goat urban farm it explains what this place is into in our sub division within the city limits. there are multiple horses, goats, chickens, quail, turkeys and rabbits. they are definitely in violation of city code for hoofed animals on the premises. they are in properly discarding the manure by spreading it around the property and not hauling it away. it is causing a horrible smell throughout the area and we as neighbors are tired of it. i am stating this anomonously due to the fact that these people have retaliated against complaints from people in the area. they are running a buisness from their place, multiple cars come and go on an hourly basis. is this legal to have an operational buisness in a sub division without proper licenses? how have they gotten away with this for so long? if the city does not do something about this i am going to be forced to go to the news stations. please look into the matter immediately

Description: Description of complaint: apt. 2415 is a toxic and hazardous unit that wreaks of unbearable odors and breath taking smells, when the door is cracked or opened. the neighbors that live next to her and below her can not enter or exit pass her door with it making them sick to there stomach. numerous complaints have reported to the complex manager about the conditions that makes them afraid to come out of there own units. several occasion the section 8 and hud inspectors has come to inspect, and they were refused entrance to the unit by the tenant. if you could send someone to investigate this problem, i'm sure you will be very outraged with this tenant as well as the property management for allowing this unbearable condition to exist. my good friend who has cancer got extremely ill from the smells and odors coming from this unit. when you send your inspector out please ensure that they have the necessary ppe with them, because they won't survive the conditions. as a medical student we are trained that certain odors and poor hygienic conditions can contribute various sickness and diseases. at one point of time this women has had over 17 cats and 1 dog living in that unit with her. imagine there is no liter box for the cats to use. recently we watched some contractors come out to replace her carpet, we then watch the come out her unit gasping for air and vomiting. a week ago i went to visit my sick friend and check to see how she was doing, roberta opened her door and the odors hit me and i immediately felt dizzy and nauseous. apparently changing her carpets did nothing to get rid of the smells and odors. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
