Description: Extreme hoarding and major eyesore along with breeding of rats, cats, snakes, racoons and opposums etc this person, brenda diane owings aka brenda owings. she also owns another residence at 9113 quail stop in the sheldon west condominum subdivision just off sheldon road. she has been reported tntc occassions and nothing has ever been done. she did have and i assume she has still outstanding case number's on this property on berkford. she literally throws garbage over the large wooden fence out of the back of her truck. the neighbors have continuously reported her but the hillsborough county code enforcements seem to look the other way. they seem to tell her she is doing "all of the right thing's". she now lives in quail stop and is doing the same thing and has been reported tntc time's here as well also with nothing being done. she has houses full of junk and she will steal and has done so in this park and been caught doing so, and made to return the furniture which she removed on her own accord without permission after the gentleman passed away. she just continues to defy the law thinking she is excempt and oh yes, i am pretty sure she is claiming homestead on both residences yet she has lived in sheldon west for over 3 years now. her current home is so full that if paramedics had to get to her they would not be able to find the door as she has christmas trees all across the front of her home and halloween masks on them. she has so many violations i can guarantee if it were me i would be under the jail. this is so not right and whomever is assigned to her district in citrus park and here in west chase (this area) needs to find a new job. i will continue to report her to anyone i can until something is done. new's channel 9, 10, 11, 14 and any other local stations will be notified of she and your office if nothing is done asap. thanks for your time, janet s. bennett 813-928-2966 i do have photos and will be glad to send them if you would just give me the address. or you could put her address in streetview and see for yourself only now it is much worse than when these pics were taken.
