Description: Description of complaint: my family which includes husband michael akers, children annabelle (3yrs old), abbigaile (2yrs old) and austin (2months old) akers has lived at the above mentioned address (9739 elm way, tampa fl 33635). we have lived at the address since october 2010 which is a little over two years. while at the beginning everything with the home and location was going great things have now taken a turn for the worse. over the past few months i myself amanda has phoned the wildlife animal control about a very large white goose that is living in the community our home is located at (3 lakes mobile home community). the goose was not a problem when we first moved in but now has become a very big problem. below is a list of stuff the goose has been doing the past few weeks hence the reason i called the wildlife animal control personal to come and remove the goose. o poops on and around our home driveway. this is making it very difficult to get my children and myself in and out of our vehicle which is always park in out driveway. (please see photos attached) i constantly have to tell my daughters to not walk in the poop and or urine. we have to wash our driveway constantly. the smell of the poop and urine is becoming unbearable and a nuisance to us living there. we pay for lot rent which includes our driveway. o at all hours of the night the large white goose is squawking and yelling keeping myself and family awake. o the large white goose has made it very hard and difficult to put my children in our vehicle to leave for school and work as it sits right next to our rear tires. the goose has tried to attack me on many occasions and also has tried to attack my children. the goose is "not" afraid of humans and also is "not" afraid of vehicles as once i have finally pushed the goose far enough for me to put my family into the car and back up the goose then decides to peck at the side of our vehicle. the goose will stand in the middle of the road and will not move. i have attached many photos of what the goose has done and continue to do unless something is done about this. i fear that if i do not grab one of my children fast enough and the goose comes fast enough it will hurt my child(ren). i am sending this letter to many departments and companies as i am at a wits end and not sure who to turn too. something needs to be done before someone gets severely hurt. nearest major intersection: sheldon and: waters ave what road does the location run off?: redwood blvd name of subdivision / complex: 3 lakes mobile home community complainant name: amanda akers phone: 850-855-7094 email me a confirmation copy of this complaint: yes for an email copy of input, please enter email here: [email protected]
