Description: Adx sr33865i'm concerned about possible water restriction violations in my neighborhood. a resident located at 12505 wexford hills road 33569 has been there less than 2 years. in the last year they have grown what can only be considered an expanding agricultural facility in their backyard. i'm all for property owner rights, but at a point you cannot grow landscape nursery scale items in your back yard in a residential neighborhood. i hear and see large scale pumping & sprinkler systems each and every night, strictly from 4am - 8am. timing is so accurate as to be set by an automatic timer, with no regard to weather. last month they pumped on schedule, even as it rained all night, some nights. finally, this area has recently has subsurface investigations of geologic seismic activity. excessive pumping of a commercial scale may be an initiator of collapse. adjacent neighborhood may be threatened.
