Description: There are 3 issues with this property that i would like to be addressed. 1. the grass at the rear of the property has not been mowed since the residents have owned this property over 2 months. specifically by the wood fence on the eastern most property line. the grass is over shoulder high in this area and has caused water drainage problems. because of these drainage problems there is an over abudance of frogs, snakes and misquitoes. 2. there is a large gray tub of some type in the back yard of the property that is very unsightly. it has been there since they have moved in as well and has not moved. it is full of water and a major concern because the yard is not fenced and accessable to the neighborhood children. 3. the back yard is littered wtih debris fence parts, posts and that tub. also, under their tree on the southern most property line are numerous piles of tree trimmings. the residents began to trim the tree on the property 2 months ago and left all the trimmings where they fell. this is a collection point for pests. please do what you can. these are not issues that have not been addressed with the residents. we as neighbors have tried to work with them but they refuse to keep their yard in good condition. the property is detracting from the enjoyment of the neighborhood and bringing our property values down. thank you in advance.
