Description: Description of complaint: *****second request***** i made a former complaint on a property located on horseshoe lake way in plant city (unincorporated hillsborough co) approx 3-4 weeks ago. the original complaint was reference someone living in a white and orange camping tent. i received a call from code enforcement saying they were in the area but unable to locate a tent and appeared as though the person(s) were no longer around. i revisited horseshoe lake way on 10/25/13 to find the tent still there and someone still living in it. first request went in the system as 4007 mcgee location: the 4405 numerical address is approximate but below is driving directions. as you turn onto horseshoe lake way (it's a dirt road) from mc gee road, travel approx 20-30 feet and you will see a single wide trailer on the left (appears to be vacant / run down). behind this single wide trailer is a white and orange tent with bicycles, chairs etc around it. at least one white male has been frequenting and staying in this tent as if it were his residence. we are looking to buy property on horseshoe lake way but do not want squatters / transients etc., along with the fact this is not legal. please look at the attached photo for a reference point. thank you, john bard supporting file or photo: tent concern.jpg submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. john bard 813-480-6046 email address: [email protected]
