Description: I live at the end of a grass easement at 18320 oakdale rd. my neighbor ron mikolajczyk lives at 18328 oakdale rd and is the owner of the easement driveway property i drive over to gain access to my property. the owner is at times negligent in keeping the easement mowed. on saturday august 3rd i attempted to cut a portion of the grass easement area closest to my property and the owner was returning home and drove up to where i was mowing and charged at me while i returned to my property to cut my front yard. ron mikolajczyk stepped onto my property driveway area was very confrontational on why i was cutting his grass? my explanation was he did not cut the easement regularly and i pushed my lawn mower onto my front lawn becasue i am aware from a family member he has a mental disorder and he is an x-nfl lineman. part 2 of this complaint is my neighbor only cuts the area next to my white fence a few times a year. approxiamtely three to four weeks ago he finally cut the grass section next to my fence for the first time in approxiamtely 8 months. reason for my complaint: 1. i like to have the easement cut because it's makes my propert looked lived in (occupied) and i have incurred two burgularies in the past. 2. i live in the counrtry area of with many critters where there are snakes and even aligators in the canals. it keeps down the critter activity when the property is mowed. 3. if he explains his lawnmower is broken he has two lawn mowers. he said his lawnmower was broken last time i complained. ron has both a riding and one push mower. 4..he is a very controlling person who watches everything i do while i work on my property. 5. i have logged complaints a few other times on this same issue and his leaving his trash container 24/7 at the entrance of the easement blocking my ingress and egress to my property. thank you for your assistance in this matter.
