Description: 6/11/20158:17 am sr11431 someone near 105 inwood circle has a crowing rooster and it is waking the entire neighborhood. my father owned the home at 103 and i remember they, 105, at one time, had a chicken coop on the east side of the garage. i believe that they are still feeding the cock as he seems to always be there in the morning. this is not a farm neighborhood and no one should be allowed to have chickens because of the noise. we don't live there but the people that do are upset because it begins crowing at dawn. please address this problem although i know your plate if full. commissioner cristy promised to let you know about it but it is still there a few days later. could you advise us on who could trap it and either have chicken and dumplins or relocate it to a farm somewhere. please the neighbors that i have spoken with do not know what to do. could you recommend a trapper that we could afford if you can't help us. many thanks for your efforts.
