Description: Description of complaint: i live at 601. the issue is with 603......i previously had an issue with the people living behind our home, but they have been foreclosed on and have moved out. the folks living beside us, are renting the house from the owner (kim owens-burnett), and are starting a major pattern. in my previous complaint there was an issue with rats coming over from the **non-maintained** yard, and taking up residence in our vehicles (causing substantial damage). the folks renting 603 marphil loop do mow the front yard on occasion however.............the back yard is not maintained and is becoming a "junk yard". we see this as a welcoming spot for the rats we have been attempting to exterminate.
