Description: Description of complaint: this property is owened by billy phister of louisville ky kentucky plate # 137psh. the structure at the rear of the lot is blighted-a dangerous structure and violates the zoning code setback of no build in the front and reat 25" of the lot. it is on the rear of that address. if this was ever given a permit to be built there at some time, it has been added onto twice and now comprises of a total of 476sq ft which requires a permit. in the event of a serious storm, i fear the flying metals would pose an immenent threat to my adjacient mfg home on hart ln. this should be removed and built within the allowed area. also two years ago a new fence was installed while i was away, and the lot survey stakes were laying on the ground. i asked the mother ( diane ) if she had it surveyed, and she replied she didn't have to/ i told her she did, and she said it was in the same spot. that conversation was on 4-08-13 at 10:20am. i know that only fences built before 1987 are exempt ordanance # 00-21 & 2.5-18-00. ordanance # 03-9 & 2 6-5-03. i have not had my lot resurved to have the exact locations, because i am still extremely tight on funds because of divorce oblogations. i would rest a whole lot sounder knowing that a dangerous structure was removed. thank you for your help in making this area safer. supporting file or photo: p05-15-14 10.28[1].zip submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.

Description: Description of complaint: this house is a hoarding house. the front yard is covered with plants/trees which do not support florida eco-system friendly landscaping as well as is harboring wildlife and rodents. there is food waste thrown on the ground near the entry way as well as old newspapers and other miscellaneous trash. there is an add-on "sunroom" built on the second story of the rear of the house which has a sliding patio door and no safety rail to prevent someone from walking/falling of the second floor. these sliding doors have not been closed for at least two years even in inclement weather, and i am sure the wood is rotted/damaged. the backyard is rarely mowed and there are dogs in the back who bark all throughout the night. the dogs have also dug under the owner's fence and escaped. the owner feeds and harbors stray cats who continue to multiple and roam the community. many efforts to humanely remove the cats have been made by community members but owner also goes to great lengths to prevent this. since this is a hoarding house, there is great concern of the contamination these strays may be introducing to the neighborhood as the defecate and urinate around our homes in addition to the rodents. additionally, this is a fire concern as if something manages to ignite in the home it will be difficult to contain before spreading to nearby homes, as well as it may be difficult for first responders to enter the premises if necessary. submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. nicole sommersville 9099100130 email address: [email protected]
