I closed on a house on 11/28/2016 on 12/17/2017 I discovered that the guest bathroom had a leak that was causing damage behind the drop in bath and the front bedroom. I contacted him immediately and he came out and had his plumber come and replace the shower head to a longer one because when the water was turned off, it was dripping back down behind the shower head into the wall. He then told me his drywall guy would contact me. I waited several months and never received a call. I called again and was told the guy would be in contact. Still I heard from no one. I contacted him again today and he told me that it is my problem and to figure it out.
