Description: Make safe permit - for shoring of beams and trusses: provide 4x4 spruce-pine-fir(spf#2), or better, wood beams to each of the existing 14" wood floor trusses. provide a (2)2x4 spf#2, or better, wood post at each end of each beam and at mid span of each beam, as per engineers report to stabalize for additional permits to be pulled, to resolve case #525801. abutting sidewalk must be closed with fencing a minimum of 6 in height. separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. a separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case #525801.
