I understand that a subdivision is all about quantity not quality but I never expected to see so many issues less than a month into taking residence in my brand new home. We have had no info given to us regarding our home warranty process, nor have I received a response regarding the amount of trash in the common areas. Seems that this builder is just another that is happy with earning a buck rather than a customer for life. I would steer clear of Envision 360 homes. I have been in the new construction industry for nearly 20 years so I have seen the difference..good bad and the ugly
