Today, we used Lorenzo for a (furnace) boiler issue. Our heat was not working on our basement floor. The service was same day and affordable. He fixed the issue, which meant replacing a hard to reach water pump. He did the job in good time. He answered all of our questions. He seemed very knowledgeable. In our opinion, Lorenzo is one of the best repairmen we have ever used. Overall, the transaction was positive. We recommend this business and, if needed, will use it again.
