Total scammers - DO NOT USE. In brief, they put all of my property in storage to replace flooring following a burst pipe/flooding and are now holding it all hostage until the invoice - which includes $5k worth of work they never did - is paid in full. It is flat out extortion. Their whole game is bilking insurance companies, but you get caught in the middle. Complete criminals - avoid at all costs.
