the worst experience i have ever had in my life. I lost more than a million dollars in personal property and 1.5 million in equity land and the use of my home for 3.5 years. This couldn't ever be fixed this nightmare didn't stop there, they killed my pets and 3 hummingbirds and my firstborn child was stillborn due to their setting a trap to force my wife to fall 14 feet and to go to the hospital so this scientology represented gang of property subdividers and thieves of contractors could rape and pillage our home and first thing they did was cut out all our plumbing and kitchen. Ripping out our rooms and cedar walls and tatami mat floor and all Japanese shoji door 18th centery interior, all this was just after a 5 year remodel and they ,destroyed our septic system, killed our beehives and our dog and locked our cat in the basement, they didnt stop their they robbed our birth certificates our taxes ss card id cards phones computers and worked to destroy our credit and then followed us after we ran away and hid and stole our uhaul and made false call to the police 41 times, while slandering us to all the neighborhood about being squatters and animal cruel, we ran a humming bird sanctuary and helped our neighborhood from these very property thieves , by running a anti fraud non profit aimed at stopping rampant developers from their wildlife destruction and subdivision, when we discovered that this crew , richard judson cheney shapiro ken shapiro, debbie murray joshua marcuson were behind the refinancing of our home and title theft we reported it to a non responsive la city la police fbi cslb and ladbs hdcila and attorney general city attorney and deputy city attorney and gabriela taylor for north east division , we won the lawsuit but then they files basically 4 more frivolous suits and prevailed on default by never serving us and using sheriff insiders who are scientologist on a false writ. these thieves also robbed vintage vehicles and my neighbors airstream liner , our moped and motorcycle collection of rare bikes and our print shop and recording studio gear and out library of rare books that belong to the consulate of catalonia which we are the honorary consulates for in the los angeles branch of the catalonia consulate. we have come to discover their use of lantzman investment is over 12 years of conspiring dating back to lantzman family trust and that the lantzmans are no better also property thieving with david canterman the notary whom signs for many properties as david is really david lantzman and most of cheney's escrow agents are also her notaries as well as all their transfers are between her and her husband or mom or sister to falsely appraise property to higher and higher considerations and that they cover one mortgage with another in the gap of time between recording and applying a technique called working the gap. as well as her father is the broker for all her properties and with out disclosure and that they do this to people all the time. and then to make matters worst they never pay their employee fairly and this last 2 years with ppp loan money they don't pay back they take 150,000 dollars and supposedly pay their employees but they only have one listed employee richard , and they are in bankruptcy this whole time with the state of california chasing after them for 200,000 and while owing david glazier a million dollars. mean while they claim insolvency from 2015 to 2020 and that doesn't stop them from illegally buying home after home and hiding the assets in a 401k called the cheney shapiro 401k which ties it all back to the robert hall tax firm and frashid kosavi and stephen hall brad weinman and paula shapiro whom having been doing money laundering for years as pacific heart llc kps llc kps 2 trio re llc guestbook services lls shucks llc talley ho ventures is another front and writ group that cheney is apart of where she using the sec is a leader in a pump and dump scam to get super rich by defrauding investors
