This service provider is unprofessional and incompetent. He came to this house 5 times in the last 4 months and finally today the entire ac unit is dead. All he did was the bare minimum. Now, he is making me wait in the heat even though I told him I cant breathe. He provides HORRIBLE customer service. I wouldnt let him touch my own property for free. Im a renter so I dont have a choice. Not my house.
