The auto correct on my computer changed the name of the builder from MOHLER HOMES. The review I posted was regarding MOHLER HOMES & their lack of craftsmanship and taking ownership of their terrible work on our home in Raeford, NC

We recently bought a home prior to moving to North Carolina from Morales Homes, who was building a new small addition in Raeford NC. The home had the WORST pride in craftsmanship & no pride in workmanship. There was 3 doors in the whole house that did not have an issue. There was electrical issues, the painting was HORRIBLE with dripped paint, different colors of touch up on the walls, paint on the tile. The water faucet on the outside front was covered up (or maybe not even placed) with siding & instead of fixing it with class, they put a hand pump faucet instead. The molding around doors was crooked. I can go on & on & on. Three pages of deficiencies at walk through. Our next step is to begin contacting shareholders & an attorney. Many of my neighbors have had issue, upon issue. I have NEVER seen such poor pride & unwillingness to take care of subcontractors on a owners, contractor, superintendent’s part.
