We were not aware he was not a licensed contractor when we hired him to renovate our pool. 6 months later he has blocked our #. Plumbing has not been hooked up, yard is still dug up, garbage all around and pavers are on pallets in our driveway, pool light is still disconnected, and fence still down. We have quite a mess to clean up. NOW we find other complaints and that his license has been revoked. We'll sue but will be in third position behind his IRS and child support judgements.
