HHOTU is the worst builder we have delt with. Their workmanship is horrible. Their communication skills are the worst. And getting them to fix the items on your punch list is like pulling tooth and nails.
Our ho.e is nor a year old and we have foundation issues that the owner, Neil Olson will not address the issue. We were told to get an engineering firm to come out and deal with it. Our warranty has not been received as they stated in the contract. My real estate agent was told by the builders agent that they do not have warranties
There are a lot of home owners in our community have had similar issues.
