Description: Supply labor & material for renovation of a full bathroom. the toilet will remain in the same location, the double vanity will have the left sink drain move about a foot to the right. the 2nd drain line may move as well. the existing tile shower will be reconfigured with the drain moving over about 16". a 2" vent in the closet will be re-routed around the new window installed in the closet. new piping for the shower valve & rain head will be done in cpvc. emond will remove the steam generator and cap the 1/2" water line supplying the steam generator
