Lamar framing did work for me 8 years ago and I’m having issues now when his unprofessional work shows up. All the flashing the put up caused wood to become moist and lead to termites. I called him and he wanted to blame everything else besides his work. He wouldn’t come out and look at job nor would he want to take any actions besides saying he will be able to look at in several days later when everything will be fixed.
