I wouldnt recommend this Guy to anyone. I was told to watch out for his bad billing practices and found out 1st hand....he will give you a low verbal bid and then send you a bill way above what you agreed too. Get your best bid up front and hold him too it....or stay clear. VERY BAD AND DISHONEST....I also see that he has changed the Business name to JRF TWO INC now and does not pay his taxes according to Union County.
