WHEN Larry works, he does a good job. However, he does not complete his work and often used incompetent subs. He did a basement apt. for me but it was never finished. I had to employ a licensed plumber (not reimbursed) to fix the mess he created. Additionally, he has audacity to display my unit on his Facebook page but doesn't show the outside of unfinished windows and door or poor grouting job in kitchen.
